GETTING STARTED IN THERAPY
What Happens After I Set Up My First Appointment?
The receptionist who helps you book your first appointment will send you an email with a link to our online patient portal sign-up. You will create an account and password, the patient portal allows you access to the forms that need to be completed before your first visit. The link you are sent will only last 7 days. If you miss the 7 day window to set up your login credentials, give us a call to have the link re-sent. The patient portal can also be used to schedule future appointments or adjust your schedule as needed.
Do I Have to Fill Out the Intake Forms Online?
No, but if you do plan to fill out the forms in person we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your session’s scheduled start time.
