Helping You Achieve Success

Unlock Your Full Potential.

It’s easy to get stuck in destructive habits and patterns that once were useful to us but have since become counterproductive. Sam can help you identify these emotional patterns and make the right adjustments to reach your goals.

About Sam Gregory, LMSW

I know that asking for help isn’t easy. Sometimes it’s the hardest thing to do, but this small step can be the first in a journey of growth, healing, and flourishing. You don’t have to go through the difficult seasons of life on your own, and I don’t believe that we were made to. Working with me means joining in a collaborative relationship where you’re met with support, compassion, and empathy.

I bring a calm and objective approach to working through whatever it is that you’re struggling with. Together we will identify your immediate needs, capitalize on your greatest strengths, and work together to develop new skills and patterns of thinking. My aim is to come beside you wherever you find yourself and help you take your next steps forward. We will work at your pace, identifying clear goals and slowly uncovering the unique experiences and deeper meanings that make you who you are.

I received my Master’s of Social Work from the University of Iowa. I tailor my approach to your specific needs, primarily using CBT and DBT from a strengths-based perspective. I work with teens, adults, individuals, and couples.
